Booking, Cancellation & Privacy Policy

To confirm your reservation, we request a full payment of the total tour cost. Please note that groups are required to book together with one form of payment.

If you cancel your tour 7 days or more before the scheduled tour date, your payment will be fully refunded. Cancelling within 7 days of the scheduled tour will result in a 50% charge of the full reservation cost.

If alternate dates are available, we will make every effort to accommodate your reservation without penalty.

Other notes:

Guests may be substituted within a tour without penalty.

No refunds or credits are given for ‘no shows’, guests that miss the departure time or leave the tour before it is finished.

There are no refunds for any changes to or cancellation on the day of the tour.
